autonumbering based on two textboxes together on userform for two sheets

I have two textbox1,2 and optionbuttons1,2 if I select optionbutton pay then should match with sheet name to autonumbering for column B and copy to sheet PAY and the same thing about sheet SEL when run the useform from first time and fill in textbox 2 (AMOUNT) for instance will brings the first word from optionbutton1(PAY) and brings the amount from textbox2 and write the current month and current year and brings the last name from optionbutton name PAY & 001 if I press commandbutton then should copy to sheet PAY and when run again will inceremnt number based on last autonumbering in column B and increase the number for the last item , the same thing should happens for sheet sel but if I run the userform and autonumbering whether from first time or incerement and not press commandbutton then should not autonumbering and not copy to sheet then should cancel process.
