I am having issues with this code. It does work but the screen flickers when pushing the CLEAR macro. Also for some reason it locks all but the first sheet. Its shoudl alos lock the first sheet with cells C29:H35 and H2 left unlocked.

Avoid using Select, Selection and Activate in your code. Use With ... End With instead.
