Copy/Paste Formula in VBA - Formatting Issue

I have the following code inside VBA and it does the job it should. Basically, it copies info from a couple columns and pastes it in a different column provided the criteria is met.

My issue is that it also copies the formatting. I'm curious if there is a line or two that can be added in the coding that would paste the values only?

Nevermind... I figured it out. I had a "Clear Contents" portion of the VBA that was altering the formatting.
