Aggregate Worksheets from Multiple Workbooks into a single Workbook

First Post Here - Basically I found some code online that said it would complete this task but continually running into issues ("[ Copy method of Worksheet class failed ]").

I tested that this wasn't due to some of the workbooks having worksheets with the same name ("Summary") and I also tried it with all of the workbooks I want to merge open and closed.

My Process:
1) Created new folder, placed all .xls files I want to merge into this folder
2) Create New Workbook
3) Update VBA code to point towards the new folder created in step 1
4) Run Macro
...
ERROR:
("[Copy method of Worksheet class failed]")

I've seen a lot of different code options that claim to resolve this issue but keep running into errors. If anyone has any comments on my process or code, I'd greatly appreciate it!
