convert data with format feature-value-unit into feature(header) with feature+value(row)

Hello,

I would like to convert data with format feature(header)-value(header)-unit(header) into feature(header) with value+unit(row).

But it's a little hard to discribe in plain text so I made an example file wich i'll send as an attachement.
So i would like to convert the green cells into the blue one's.

Because I have thousands of features to convert it's not possible to do it manualy.
If someone could help me out, that would be great !
