need macro modification so that Find inputs are whole-cell only

I need to modify some code that does a multiple-find-and-replace so it only looks at whole cell content, not part. For example, if one of the replacements changes the string "new" into "old", I don't want it to turn "newfangled" into "oldfangled". The code I have (which I got off the internet) is

When the macro runs, you input the range of cells on which it operates and the range containing a table of original and replacement values.
