VBA Code That Inserts New Row Incorrectly Copies Formulas to Next Line

Here I am again with this stubborn VBA code.

I thought I had the thing solved the other day, but I just realized that although the code does indeed insert a new row and copies the formulas to that new row, there is a small glitch......the formulas when copied do not have updated cell references. In the example below, the formulas in row 16 after being copied to the new row, still have references for row 16 and not row 17.

I've tried to fix it, but my VBA chops are not that good and I have not found a solution.
