Embed images based on linked images.

I'm sure this is pretty easy but looking for someone to kick start me.

I have a sheet with images inserted as url like so

I want to now go over the whole sheet finding every picture inserted in this way and save it to the file.

By this I mean embed the image and use that to exactly replace the linked shape deleting that linked shape.

There may be many images anywhere on the sheet.

OK I have something here - possibly not the best way to deal with it though, so any comments on better method are still welcome.
still also need to find a way to ignore buttons (ie ordinary shapes without links) and just do the images because this method doesn't look at that at all.

Loop through Activesheet.pictures instead.

seemed to be needed to avoid 'corrupt' images in my case, shouldn't be harmful anyway.
