Move data from master sheet to multiple sheets

After weeks of looking and searching i think I'm more confused.I have a master sheet with my snow plowing customer list that i check when plowed or salted. I need to move to each individual sheet if true with the date then clear the check marks off. Then when filled out next time it will go to the last row on the individual sheets. Thanks for any help.

It is very important that names on list are exactly tab names otherway macro gives error.
