Open Different WB, Seach & Paste a Value

First off, even though I've been here for apparently 435 days, I'm just a basic user of Macros.Oh, and Hello!

I have a Table that with a click of a CommandButton, I would like to open another workbook, look up a value, and paste another value to a column in the same row.

Along with being basic user of Macros, this is also true to Excel. Just looking for a little direction on a path forward.

    James
