Need macro help for date delete

I am fairly new to marcos so i am still learning, i need help with one that can delete dates excluding the day that is a week away + 1
(example: Excel has dates from today 2020-02-13 through 2020-05-12. I need to delete all days that are not a week +1 away, so if i run this macro on 2020-02-12 it will delete everything except 2020-02-19 and 2020-02-20)
is there a way to do this or an easier way that i maybe able to figure out, i am not sure how hard a macro like this would be.
