Automatically Resizing Images to cell size with VBA

I Have a worksheet with in cell I13 the name of a picture which is placed in my pictures folder.

When changing the value of cell F12 the picture is placed in cell F12.

The size of these pictures however is not good. How can I scale the size automatically to the size of cell F12 (for both hor. orientated and vert. orientated pictures) with VBA code?
