combined command buttons

hello
i have an issue and searching didnt help
i want one command button (possible name=dairy products)
if you click dairy products 3 command buttons will appear (possible names=milk,yoghurt,cheese)
and then if you press click (milk yoghurt and cheese command buttons) a list of items will appear

I am sorry members for the lack of skill in coding and request but i d like some help if possible
