Automatically Create Hyperlinks to referenced cells from other sheets

I currently have a column B in Prices! which has references to RecipeXX!. For example B2 has reference =RecipeA!P6, B3 =RecipeB!P6, B4=RecipeC!P6

How do I create a hyerlinks in column A to Recipe!P6 without manually entering each and every link (220 in total) so as to be able to switch quickly betwwen the price list and their linked recipes

1)Is there a way to extract the reference from column B to use in Column A to use to generate the hyperlink dynamically with fill down formula or VBA.

2) Is there a way to automatically add a hyperlink to all the recipe sheets in A1 to link back to the Prices! or does that have to be just done manually on each recipe sheet

I used code (under the prices! tab) to generate the references in column B and C form the 220 recipes
