Drop-Down in Table Column to Allow Multiple Selections, No Repetition

    Hello.
I need a macro in Column D "Tests(s) that will extend as the table extends that references the "Tests" table (column M), and will allow multiple selections with no repetition. I searched online for VBAs, and I have one inserted in the VBA editor with changes to match my spreadsheet, but it doesn't work. Can someone look at it and offer guidance? I would like to know what I did incorrectly, and how I can modify it to suit other spreadsheets. See attached.
    Any help is greatly appreciated!

Additionally, the table in column M will adjust over time to allow more entries.
