    Lost 0 when i change the value of a cell!!!

    Hi to all
    I had a value where it is 01
    i'm using this code

    Cells(k, 9).Value = C9V

    The C9V has "01"
    In my excel the paste value is 1 not 01

    Why?????

    First of all thanks anyone
    The C9V is a string with a value
    Usually "01"
    Finally i found the solution chengeing the property of the column when i created
    Columns("I").NumberFormat = "@"

    Still using XL2003 as indicated in your profile?
    If not,perhaps update your profile as necessary to properly reflect the exact version(s) of Excel your question relates to? Members tailor answers based on your Excel version.
