Macro to create Pivot Table

Hi,

I have a user form where user enters his user ID and based on the used ID, The User's data is pulled in different sheet and displayed as summary in pivot tables.

I am able to create pivot summary for some Users but for some users the pivot is not working. Even the though the user ID is correct. not sure why.
