column with validation cell's sorted has to show blanks when cell and above cell are equal

Okay, Title is very clear about this, that s what I want. Piece of cake, right?


In the first column I do have validation fields with a validation to room types. If I sort them Then I would like to see only the first validation cell visible and the similar named hidden TILL the next in the column is different.
Unsorted or altered/edited to or off a different room I want to see the validated input visible. I hope the two images are clear about this.
The lines will be drawn using a macro that I am writing right now.

I would love to see something like this. See top image

But will start from this... See lower second image

Is this doable?

My thought was to add to the drawing lines macro to check with application.caller.row if the row above has the same value then hide it, by using
