Put Bottom borders in the cell above if the cell below it contains Sum formula

The data size may vary therefore, i need a macro that can put bottom border on the cell above if the cell below it contains a sum formula. And, when the entire data is selected the border is applied across the sheet. Needs to be static border. Would be helpful if it's an add-in. Thank you !

To avoid confusion about the border you could attach an Excel sample file to show the final result you want.
