Block usage of master file unless it has been saved into another folder

Master worksheet resides in "Do not run here. Save In Job folded and run there" folder.
Want to make sure users can not do a Save if it would save into current folder with current name.
I prefer a macro to block data entry if not saved elsewhere, but will take any solutions you smart and wise individuals suggest.
Not attaching workbook as I can not see how it could matter.

You need to paste this code into your "This Workbook" Macro Module.

Select the developer tab. Select Visual Basic

Find your workbook and select the "This Workbook" module.

Paste this module in the module.

Close Visual Basic and save the Workbook....... Ahhh How can you do that?

You need to enter a password to override the Macro. Password is Mehmet. Obviously you can change that.
