Runtime error'13' Type mismatch

Hi, dear excel vba users,

I am trying to use vba to do some transpose of specific rows repeatably, and wrote a few lines, while when run, it shows Runtime error'13' Type mismatch, my codes are below:

I think the error begins at Next n & Next j, but it should actually be the type of Integer, thanks!
