VBA to create and send emails with attachments 2019 ok/2016 not ok!

Hi all,

The code below works fine in 2019 but throws up loads of errors in 2016 starting at the .To lines (mainly application defined or object defined). Any help in adjusting to work on 2016 would be an absolute life saver!
