User entry of spaces cause incorrect data being pulled

I use the code below to perform filters with my data. For example, one of the filters in red below calls for anyone with a job title of "Dist Line Tech." Unfortunately, sometimes users enter a space before or after the entry. In these cases it will not work correctly and pull the correct data. Is there anyway I can re-code this so if someone inadvertently enters a space the correct data is still pulled? Many thanks.
