I'm currently working on a high school project which consists of using a bar code scanner to take attendance and then send an email but the problem I'm having is within writing the email as I want it to read a line what line is false and grab the information from that line into an email as such (EX B Duncan is absent from Cutter, 3/10/2020).

Also how can I attach my macro as a file.

It's not clear exactly what you want to see.
Are you looking to send an Excel workbook attached to an email, or are you expecting the body of the email to contain the detail?

Please confirm Exactly which details you want to see reported.
What's the relevance, if anything of the Barcode references.

This was a .xlsx flle and contained no macro code.

And a general suggestion. Avoid merged cells like D1:F1. They cause too many problems for all sorts of reasons which needn't concern us at the moment.
