Need to draw boarder from another sheet

Hello Friends
I need a small help form the valuable experts.
Attaching a file which has a sheet called REPORT and there are two sections in that report. I need a VBA to run to draw boarder (all boarders) from another sheet.

This report is generated by VB from my Database
The first report is always starting from cell "B3"
But columns and rows always increase/decrease according to my data
The second report starts 5 row below the first report (in this example ("B10")
Also the number of columns and rows varies each time

My requirement:
I need a code to run from the sheet-MENU to draw boarders (for full range) for the report
in this example : "B3:I5" and "B10:I21"
Just normal border will do.
