How to check if cell in table is different than in validation drop down?

Hi Guys,

i have table where i am using drop down validation with source = "1,2,3,4":

It is possible to track the little triangle data validation error?
As you can see 777 is not in dropdown so i have to output this row and column somehow.

How to do this?

Loop through all rows? Or it is possible to catch it at once?
