any formula to match 2 columns?

hi.

kindly help out.

i have 2 sheets:

Sheet one is FR1, sheet two is FR2 and empty sheet 3 FRR where i expect results.

The B column is the main focus and includes text, values & characters all concatenated.

The columns can be very long up to 200,000 esp. FR2 sheet & 55,000 in FR1. They are never the same.

I need to match column B names in sheet FR1 to Column B names of sheet FR2 , if the name is identical, post the results in FRR. if not, leave blank.
