using active x controls user form to link combobox to multiple optoin buttons

I am having to write a program to calculate Volume using multiple equations. I have provided a simple attachment of Volume calculations using two different command buttons within the userform. I am need to figure out how to link one "calculation" command button to multiple option buttons. That way I can pick the equation desired via option button and have one command button press it and get volume calculation.

You are probably right AlphaFrog I am still very new to coding and still trying to learn the "language" of it all lol. Thanks for the quick response though!
