Insert and scale image using Image Control from Active X

I inserted image placeholder on Excel worksheet used image control (Active X toolbar). I want the end-user to insert image when he/she clicks on the placeholder (they have to browse dialog box) and then scale it to the image placeholder dimensions. Can you help?
