Segregate data in cell to show as columns in another sheet

Hello,

I have some data in the Sheet "Report".
And there is another sheet "Final".

Column C ("Report" Sheet)(Highlighted in Yellow) has some data in it and I need some of the data in this to be transported to "Final" sheet and to be shown under column names I had mentioned. these Column names are subheadings in the data from Column C ("Report" Sheet)

Sometimes, there may be duplicates, but only one value to be shown and
sometimes, there will be no data, then the value can be shown as blank.

I have attached the excel for reference.

Your kind help will save me good amount of time, as I will be having data in 100's.
