    compile error

    hi guys, I am using the below code on my laptop running office 2007 and all works fine, transferred the spreadsheet to my mates works laptop running office 365 and he is getting the below code compile error saying "cant find project or library" - Format is the word highlighted,any ideas as to why?? or a work around would be great.

    Hi,

    try removing the useless WorksheetFunction, just keep Application …

    Check also the active references within the project.

    As all my Excel versions are local so not english ones : on VBE side maybe via the Tools menu …

    Hi scouse13,

    Per Marc L above:

    On your computer:
    a. Go to VBA
    b. Tools > References
    c. There should be several items with Check Marks. Write them down, or print a screen copy.

    Go to the computer that has the error. One or more of the references is probably missing. The Versions may be slightly different.
    For example: 'Microsoft Office 16.0 Object Library'
