Run Macro when Cell get focus

Hi, any way to run a macro when I focus/select any cell on C colum and save the results on D colum but the same row as C

I cannot assing this manually becuse the information on column A is updated by http request, so, after update the A cell, on select cell C need to run the macro to validate the info on A cell in another http request and if found put on D the response
