VBA to open userforms dependant on cell contents

Hi all
I'm creating a simple sheet for a touch screen interface, but I'm wanting it to open on of two userforms when a cell in a range is clicked.
If the cell is empty I want userform 1 to open and if it has something in it I want userform 3 to open.
Could anyone help me with how to achieve this?

Thanks for your reply. I'm unable to test this solution as the workbook is at work and I'm at home. Apologies for the question being brief, what sort of information would I be expected to put?
I'm wanting it to only apply to cells B3:U32.
