Excel VBA problems with split view

This code works great until you go into "split" pane view. For the life of me I can not figure out how to make this work while in split view. I use split view horizontally for viewing the top header (only two rows tall) so as I go down the page filling out info I can visually see what is supposed to go into that column without scrolling to the top. The problem is that my code will only work when you click in the top pane of split view which is the opposite of what I need. I need to be able to click anywhere on the bottom portion of the split pane and have my buttons move as I scroll down.
