want to create a function to check a string of length 10

i want to create a function to check a string of length 10 character , must have first 5 character only alphabet i.e A-Z or a-z and then 4 character must be only digit
ant the last character only any alphabet . i tried to write some code but it return error #value. Plz help to correct in given code :
