VBA - "Enable Content" using VBA

Hi,

I have a static HTML page where I need to link an Excel file which has Macros in it. (Which is working absolutely fine)

However after clicking the link and open the Excel sheet which is macro enabled every time it shows a Security Alert "Macros have been disabled - Enable Content".

Please let me know how can I force Enable Macros.

Reason: The Reason why I need to Force Enable is, I have added a Userform to this sheet and Userform should open when I click on particular link in the HTML Page but because of this POP up first it ask the user to Enable Content when he/she does it then Userform will open which is not that Effective.

Kindly let me know the possible solution to get rid of this Security Warning.

FYI: I am using Excel 2013
