Is there a way to write a code to custom date filter on report filter of a Pivot Table ?

If the Date data as Row Label, I see that I can do the custom filter such as "is before".
But there is no option to do like that if the Date data as Report Filter (Page Field).

Any kind of help would be greatly appreciated.

I would make one column extra in your data and make a condition whether or not your date is in the range that you want to have, and add this colomn to your pivot (as Filter).
