Play a wav file when a certain time is reached

Hi I nhave a column (C) of times like 15:45 etc etc
2 min before that time is reached it will play a wav file
I have attached a test file
any help will definately be appreciated

Ad 1. Not enough information:

a. 2 minutes before, but how long ? Till the end of the song/sound or maybe shorter ?
b. And if for shorter then what, what process should stop the song/sound reproduction ?

Ad 2. Have you searched forum (and the web) ?

Yes I have searched a lot on the web and there is a lot on the subject.
as far as the wav file is concerned it will be the same wav file always and it will t play till end......it wil;l be predefined and will last fo 10 secs or so.
It is just alerter
my prob is the subtraction of time...I assume in N2 it is like Now() - (c4 mius 2 min)
I have NO idea how to do that as I get differen answers
