Distance between 2 locations with distance traveled in each country.

Hello, so topic is basically what i need to get.
I have ~300 locations in Europe, and i need to connect each one with distance between them and distance traveled in each country. As i have only 300 unique locations, so writing the coordinates, adresses, postal codes or any other information is easy, so any way of getting location is good for me. I found some tutorials how to calculate location between points and i think they would work, but the key thing here, is that i need to know distance traveled in each country.
Example: Spain, Barcelona - Swede, Stockholm. Total - 2716km; Spain 162km; France 975km; Luxembourg 45km; Germany 745km; Denmark 215km; Sweden 574km.
Any way to even get close to that, or any ideas are very welcome!
