Form Button Keeps Moving After I Close the File

I have set a macro for others to use on a report to run with the click of a form button. I have set the properties of this button to not move or size with cells. And when I run the macro, everything is fine. But if I save the file, close it, and then re-open it, about 75% of the time, the button has moved and changed its size.

Is this a known issue?

Just out of curiosity.
Is the zoom level after you reopen the file the same as it was before saving and closing?
