Matching the right answer with option name

Hello dear users,
I have got an excel trivia questions database in given format:
id category subcategory language_id image question optiona optionb optionc optiond optione answer

1 1 1 1 What unit is equivalent to 1760 yards? Mile Spain Square Mile Stone Mile
1 1 1 1 A boom sound is made by which animal? Hen Cow Deer Bittern Bittern


as you can see there are 4 given options and 1 right answer but i would like to:
1) give the right option name (a,b,c,d) instead of full answer

or

2) List all true answers in option a instead of other options


So basicly i need to compare the right answer with given options and show the option / column name of the right answer
