Hi maam, i am using US locale
- the problem is when i input 03/05/2020 it will enter in the excel as 05/03/2020 , i will upload my excel file maybe there's a code that is incorrect.

That's correct, because the US locale expects dates in MM/DD/YYYY format. Have you tried changing the locale settings to UK? Does it fix the problem?
i already change it maam, i think my code is the problem, because when i input the date, the entry is wrong..
You may try:
If this leads to a value in a cell which looks like a date in proper format (but is a text) then you are probably on a good way. You may try then something like:Please Login or Register to view this content.
or may be:Please Login or Register to view this content.
The problem is probably (as noted by Ali) heavily related to regional settings, moreover, excel is often "too helpful" when it gets to dates. Please Login or Register to view this content.
Recently provided you with code and app of a similar nature.
Did you have a problem with dates in that app.
If not look for the code below, it enabled you to enter the date as eight digits and the code inserted the separators.
I see from your code above you have reverted back to a mass of coded data entry
Your VBA has a password if anyone else wants to help perhaps a good idea to unlock it for them
