Unlock VBA project in XLSB workbook

Hi

I have forgotten the sheet protection passwords as well as the VBA project password for an excel XLSB workbook.

When in visual basic project window I am unable to expand the file project due without it prompting for the password.

I have tried the typical code found online for a 64bit machine, with the second part of the code being entered in module 2. This seems to run ok and received the message that VBA project is now unprotected, however when selecting the VBA project for the file in question excel freezes for a short moment then restarts closing all workbooks.
