N/A in rows after last row copy

Hi, Could you please advise as to how I can solve the following?
All I'm trying to do is simply copy over the data from one sheet to another but taking into consideration that it starts and ends on different rows, on the two sheets. While I'm able to copy it over, for some reason I'm getting 'N/A' in the last two rows on the 'Test' sheet. I assume that this is happening due to the "B1" vs "A3" but I already tried so many things to get around this and yet I'm still stuck on this thing.
