How to add a Count and Clear to a UserForm button for my Macro after a set mount of time

Hi Experts,

Sorry to ask for help again but I am having trouble figuring out how to have a counter on a button that calls a user form that users fill in data, that gets stored, and then I need it to clear that data, say in fifteen minutes, and make them re-enter. I have the User Form the clear code and everything else working. I am just not sure how to add a counter to say if the count is above zero start the counter and if it reaches the timer limit run the clear command and reset the counter to zero.

What I am looking for:

The code that will do the below, when the button is clicked

Sets counter to 1 or more (may click button more than once, resets timer if possible, if not, no problem)
When timer hits set time (say 15 minutes, runs clear command and sets counter back to zero, to start the process over again)

Sorry, I just had surgery and I forgot to attach what I had already. It should be the SAP button that needs the counter and the other button has the clear assigned to it. Sorry for not following the rules. Thank you for looking at this so far and pointing that out. Thanks again.
