thanks eoldere i prefer code if is possible indeed i 'm not good at pivot table or power query i don't know how i can use them the code is dynamic and quick that's why i prefer code

If it is, you can also learn pivot tables, since it is very powerfull tool for data analyse.
this is not what i would i want merge data in one row each repeated data as what i put in above my sheet but pivot table i have to pull down arrow each repeated data separetly this is not practical i 'm sorry said that

Then you only need to refresh the data.
After that the data is in the range.
Data => refresh data.
how i can do pivot table like you i would learn this by steps if you don't mind i don't just copy and paste maybe i need adjusting different range in the future
I will guide you.
Put the cursor in cell A5 (in the table).
=> Then choose.
Insert => Table
=> My table contains headers is clicked on.
=> Ok.
Now you have a table, wich will expand every time you add new data, directly under the last left cell of the table.
Then you gonna create a pivot table.
Insert => pivot table.
Choose for OK.
In that case it will make a new pivot table in a new sheet.
After that
On the right side you will find 4 boxen.
Drag name in column.
Drag code in rows
Drag salary in value.
After that you have the result I had in the file (oeldere2).
Try it, and if you have problems, show what you have done in an excel file.
After that I will help you solving that problem.
