Filtering data sets and pasting in new workbook

HI team,

Need a help with a macro.

I need to build the below macro

I have 3 columns named country, Person name, Hours worked. there will be lot countries and data filled.

Now need a macro, where if filters each country and copy the selected data for the country and paste in a new workbook and save the workbook with the specific country name.

kindly help with the same.

actually each time the list of countries will be different.. so recording throws error when new country gets added
