to print or save several same size ranges as pdf

i have 20 worksheets that gather data (shown far below only a sample to sheet 5) . i can now print them out to standard printer fine. i want to do the same but save to PDF to send to customer. Also if there is no data i want to skip that worksheet. so if sheet 1,2 3 and 5 have data i want a 4 page pdf to send to the customer. Below works on another printing action but it is all from the same worksheet (which i found union is only good for one sheet).
