VBA Edit button only works correctly through Get Contact button but not search text box

Any help greatly appreciated I’m new to VBA and cannot resolve the following:

If I open form and select Get Contact button all results are returned in the listbox beneath the button, then if I double click an entry it goes into the text boxes, I can then change values in the text boxes and then select the Edit contact button all items return to the listbox updated.
The problem I have is the search for textbox at the top of the form, if I type it will return the results in the listbox and I can still double click an entry so it goes into the textbox’s at the bottom of the screen, I can still change values in the text boxes and then select the Edit contact button and all appears to work all items are returned to the listbox, however the original entry is still there and on of the other entries has been updated???

I have uploaded the form etc along with the code to see if anyone can see what the issue is

Can you expand further as I cannot see the problem all seems to work OK - the form closing could be cleaner with an autosave.
