Hi there,
I need to copy a range from one sheet 'Master' and paste it to another sheet 'Log' once per day at a set time, lets say 7am each day.

Put these in one of your numbered code modules.
Trigger will set the ontime macro to call the copy macro at 7 AM. When the copy macro runs, it will then call the Trigger macro to reset the on time call for the next day.
